Job description

Team PA required for Boutique family office firm in Marble Arch.

You will support the Head of International Private Equity and a small team of five including VP's and Analysts. Duties will include diary and travel management support to the Head and ad hoc administrative support to include team administration and meet and greet.

The ideal candidate will have several years experience as a Team Assistant ideally in financial or professional services. The role will be mostly office based working remotely in August with some ad hoc work from home.

You will be working in an open plan office with the team in a friendly international team environment. The role will need to start by the end of June/beginning of July.
