An exciting opportunity has opened up for a proactive and personable Team Assistant to join the team at a leading global entertainment brand. This temporary role is perfect for someone with proven PA or team assistant experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and enjoys supporting senior stakeholders while helping a large, vibrant team operate seamlessly.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting a dynamic London-based team of around 250 people
  • Acting as the key contact for day-to-day team admin, facilities, and events
  • Providing holiday cover for senior-level assistants and helping coordinate executive travel and diaries
  • Organising and running weekly internal team stand-ups and presentations (virtual and in-person)
  • Partnering closely with Facilities to manage the office space, boardrooms and meeting logistics
  • Supporting the delivery of team events, off-sites, summits and socials
  • Assisting with onboarding tasks, visitor coordination and internal comms
  • Working with suppliers, processing purchase orders, managing expenses, and keeping the team stocked with essentials
  • Helping facilitate executive visits and key project work alongside the Executive Assistant

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a PA or Team Assistant in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Confident working with senior executives and managing sensitive information
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Teams
  • Friendly, approachable, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working autonomously while also being a collaborative team player
  • Someone who thrives in large teams and enjoys being at the heart of things

Working pattern:

  • Hybrid - 4 days in West London office (Monday to Thursday), 1 day from home (Friday)

This is a brilliant opportunity to build your network within an iconic brand and gain hands-on experience with a high-performing international team.
