Are you an enthusiastic and keen professional looking to kickstart or develop your career in the legal industry? If so, this role might be of interest to you!

We are currently recruiting for a Team Assistant to join a well-established Technology department. You will be working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30 offering a competitive salary with hybrid working.

This role would suit someone with an interest in Technology/Computing/AI who is happy to do a heavy admin based role.

Duties include:
  1. Acting as key point of contact for legal technology queries and emails.
  2. Inbox management including logging requests on internal software.
  3. Assist with tracking of work and preparing summaries.
  4. Support with document amendments.
  5. Keep manuals up to date.
  6. Design PowerPoints and slides where necessary.
  7. General administrative support.
Skills required:
  1. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (these will be tested at interview stage).
  2. At least 6 months of experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  3. Previous experience working with automation and AI.
  4. Willingness to be trained on industry standards.
  5. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  7. IT proficient and a drive to learn new software/technology.
  8. Reliable, organised and proactive.
