Team Assistant - Tech Investments Firm 12-Month Contract | West End (Hybrid) Up to £55,000 + Excellent Bonus & BenefitsA highly regarded boutique investment firm specialising in AI and technology is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to support a dynamic team of five investment professionals. The company is part of a broader, well-established corporate finance group and offers a collaborative and forward-thinking culture.The Role: This is a varied and fast-paced position requiring strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. Key responsibilities include:Diary and complex travel managementCoordination of client meetings and high-end networking eventsActing as a liaison between internal teams and portfolio companiesOrganising breakfast seminars and ensuring attendance at key industry conferencesSupporting the marketing team with event logistics (note: this does not include creative work)The Ideal Candidate:Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within financial services or a related sectorStrong interest in technology or eventsConfident, adaptable, and solutions-focusedAble to manage competing priorities and work with initiativeAvailable immediately or on a short notice period (not suitable for 1-month+ notice)This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive, high-performing team where your input will be truly valued.
