We are seeking a bright, ambitious EA to join a newly created and critical support role for the Leadership Team. This is an amazing opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real impact at the heart of a high-growth, VC-backed business.

You'll be:

  • A 2023 (or later) graduate with an outstanding academic record
  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced environment (grad scheme, startup, or similar)
  • Super smart, solutions-focused, and eager to learn
  • A calm operator who thrives on variety, change, and speed
  • All-hands-on-deck - no task too big or too small
  • Flexible and available when needed (within reason!)
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
  • A natural executor - reliable, efficient, and proactive
  • User of Mac and/or G-Suite

Your role:

  • Provide EA and operational support to the Managing Partner, COO, and team
  • Manage diaries, meetings, travel, and events
  • Support internal operations and scheduling
  • Handle expenses and light office management
  • Jump in wherever needed - there's plenty to do and learn!
  • 4 days in the office, 1 WFH

You'll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team where your contribution will be felt immediately. This role is a launchpad - ideal for someone who sees the bigger picture, wants to be stretched, and is ready to get stuck in.
