A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and pro-active Team Assistant to join a highly reputable and collaborative firm in the heart of London’s West End, where you will also enjoy working in a wider team of other PA's. This is a fast-paced role, supporting a team of high-performing executives, where efficiency, professionalism, and adaptability are key.

The Role

As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level executive support, including complex diary management and travel coordination
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, ensuring smooth communication and workflow within the team
  • Preparing reports where required, presentations, and correspondence withattention to detail
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
  • Processing expenses
  • Event coordination

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven PA/Team Assistant/admin experience ideally from Finance orProfessional Services
  • A pro-active, solutions-driven approach with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
