Are you organised, methodical, with excellent communication and team working skills? We require a helpful and reliable team assistant to provide a top class admin service for busy health visiting teams across the city. This role is Band 2 Team Assistant.
The successful candidate will need a good eye for detail and know the importance of working in a confidential environment. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys helping others and is flexible to support the changing requirements of the service. You will require excellent interpersonal skills and will be used to communicating effectively at all levels and with different audiences. You will be motivated to work in a busy environment with a positive attitude, flexibility and the ability to work with staff and service users under own initiative, but can also work as part of a team.
