As part of a close-knit and united team, you will play a vital role in supporting associates and MDs with diary management, international travel, and being the first point of contact for clients, while also building strong relationships with global stakeholders across London, Europe, and America.

Your day-to-day will be varied, fast-paced, and full of opportunities to grow. Here’s a glimpse:

  1. Own the diaries! Manage complex calendars for busy bankers (Associate level and above).
  2. Be the scheduling hero: Coordinate meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones.
  3. Jet-set planner: Organise international and domestic travel with flair.
  4. Keep things moving: Handle expenses, invoices, and admin tasks like a pro.
  5. Be the go-to support: Help with team queries and pitch in where needed.
  6. Team player bonus: Provide phone and holiday coverage when needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an assistant or coordinator role—this is a MUST as you need to be experienced with managing diaries.
