As a Team Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to senior professionals (VP and Associate level), playing a vital part in keeping operations running seamlessly across global time zones. You’ll collaborate with assistants and leaders worldwide, gaining exposure, building networks, and sharpening your skills in a high-performing, professional environment.

The firm is seeking a candidate who has gained 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Team Assistant, or Coordinator within professional services, customer service, or high-end hospitality.

  • Preparing detailed itineraries and ensuring smooth day-to-day team support
  • Processing monthly expenses efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborating closely with a team of assistants — covering, sharing knowledge, and maintaining momentum
  • Building strong working relationships across the firm, both locally and globally

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years’ experience in a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • French or German language skills are a bonus, but not required

12-18 month contract, initially a 6-month offer, with extension potential to 12-18 months and possibility of permanence based on performance.

Full-time, 5 days a week in the office.

Hourly rate of £16 - £18, inclusive of holiday pay.
