The Team

A&M’s GlobalDisputes & Investigations(“D&I”) practice is a leading provider of Cyber Risk Management, Forensic Technology, Forensic Accounting & Investigations, Dispute Advisory, Economic Consulting, and Privacy & Data Compliance services.The firm has an established reputation for high quality work in a non-Audit environment. Our approach is characterized by a high level of objectivity, diligence and intensive analysis. The team is looking for a Team Assistant to join London.

How you will contribute

  • Assisting EA team with:
  • Calendar management.
    • Booking meetings, venues, flights, and hotels.
    • Completing expense reports for MDs.
    • Completing weekly timesheets for MDs.
  • Assisting wider team with:
  • Handling general office tasks, such as printing, binding, scanning, and collecting and distributing post.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process of new staff.
  • Improving and maintaining storage and retrieval systems.
  • Ad hoc clerical duties and projects.
  • Covering for EA holidays and absences.
  • Monitoring meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are kept tidy and well stocked.
  • Coordinate catering for meetings and events.
  • Good working knowledge of Teams/video conference and AV equipment.
  • Monitoring office supplies and topping up when required.
  • Creating and amending documents in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

  • Active listener with good communication skills.
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Good time management, organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
