Is this the role for you:
We are hiring on behalf of a leading financial services firm for a professional and highly organised Team Assistant to support a small but fast-paced Bristol office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a detail-focused support role and enjoys working in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
What you will do:
You’ll be supporting senior team members across a wide range of tasks including diary and inbox management, preparing documents and presentations, booking meetings and travel, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining a well-run and welcoming office environment. You’ll also act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, manage expenses, coordinate team events, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
What You’ll Bring:
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with previous experience in a similar team or administrative role, preferably within financial or professional services. You’ll need to be confident using Microsoft Office, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team.
If you’re a proactive, reliable, and detail-driven administrator with a passion for providing seamless support, we’d love to hear from you.
