Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry administration preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UK/IE healthcare compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal/external meetings.
  • Manage logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings.
  • Organize venues, catering, and resources in compliance with ABPI/IPHA codes.
  • Support medical team calendar management and prioritisation.
  • Assist with medical congress and symposia organisation.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for medical team members.
  • Ensure compliance with Sanofi travel policies and ABPI/IPHA requirements.

About The Job

The UK & Ireland Medical Team at Sanofi is a high-performing team of Medical leaders who are a trusted source of scientific and Medical information and shared insights. This role is part of a significant transformation aligning Medical functions in General Medicines that will bring us closer to R&D, maximizing impact earlier in development, while maintaining strong business alignment.

The Team Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the UK & Ireland General Medicines Medical team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operational efficiency and supporting the delivery of medical activities across the UK and Ireland.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal/external meetings
  • Manage logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings
