Are you a proactive, detail-driven Team Assistant looking to grow your career in a world-class private equity firm? We’re partnering with a prestigious firm to find a bright, ambitious Team Assistant to support a busy deal team. It’s a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing environment with excellent structure and mentorship.

The Role
You’ll support a fast-paced team ranging from Associate to Principal level, working closely with a long-standing EA.
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, keen to learn and ready to roll up their sleeves in a professional and successful business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary & Travel Management – Complex global scheduling and logistics
  • Expenses & CRM – Processing and logging interactions
  • Document Support – PowerPoint presentations and reports
  • Meeting Prep – Pre-meeting research and coordination
  • Events – Internal and client event coordination

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience – 2–3 years in a similar support role, ideally in finance
  • Team Player – Collaborative, grounded, and “muck-in” attitude
  • Proactive & Organised – Able to manage multiple priorities with ease
  • Polished & Professional – Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
