Team Assistant - Chief Investment Officer

£40,000 + Bens!

We are seeking an exceptional Team Assistant to provide administrative support to a high profile CIO within an Asset Management Company. This role is an excellent opportunity for a graduate calibre Team Assistant looking to take the next step in their career.

In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, prioritising a busy inbox, scheduling meetings and providing an intelligent level of support. You will act as the eyes and ears of your CIO and you will establish, own and manage relationships with stakeholders both internal and external.

The successful Team Assistant will demonstrate a solution orientated approach, positive attitude and a commercial and pragmatic mindset. You must enjoy working as a team and should be able to tackle multiple priorities that sometimes conflict.

You can expect to work in the office 4 days a week and enjoy 1 day to work remotely.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide administrative support to the CIO
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Organise and prioritise incoming correspondence, ensuring timely responses
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries for team members
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, both internal and external

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience as a Team Assistant
  • Experience in financial services is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with meticulous attention to detail
