Job Description

A Private Equity House is seeking an organised and resourceful Team Assistant to join their Support team on a permanent basis.

Based in a beautiful office in Mayfair, the Team Assistant will support the office by working alongside the building’s Facilities team to ensure the office is well maintained, assist with general office management such as monthly stock take, ordering supplies, post management and liaising with all office vendors. The Team Assistant will be the main point of contact on a day-to-day basis for all administrative and office queries and will take ownership of managing the shared administrative mailbox.

The Team Assistant will greet external guests where required, prepare and clear down meeting rooms, assist with technical setup and organise food and beverages. The Team Assistant will collaborate with the other Support team members on different administrative projects, providing extensive support ad-hoc.
