This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, motivated individual (graduate level or secretarial college) to kick-start their career in the dynamic world of Real Estate Investment. Our client is a successful, boutique Pan-European Real Estate Investment firm with global offices. You’ll be working closely with the charismatic and highly intelligent Managing Director, providing PA assistance and broader support across Investor Relations, marketing, and special projects.

You’ll join a small, driven, and entrepreneurial team where learning, growth, and variety are part of everyday life. This role offers excellent progression potential and broad exposure to the workings of a top-tier international investment firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary and travel management; arranging internal and external meetings
  • Assisting with Investor Relations and marketing initiatives
  • Conducting research and compiling insights for internal use
  • Preparing high-quality PowerPoint presentations
  • General PA and administrative support
  • Ad hoc support on a variety of projects
