Job description

Our client is a dynamic, multi-award-winning PR & Marketing agency, recognised for its creativity and innovation.

They are currently on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Team Administrator to provide vital support across the business. In this role, you'll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, navigating multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and the confidence to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ad hoc diary and scheduling support to the Managing Director, including coordinating offsites and large meetings.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal team assistance and general administrative support.
  • Arrange external catering and help coordinate both client-facing and internal events, including new business pitches.
  • Collaborate with the other team members to deliver memorable agency-wide events.
  • Partner with IT, HR and hiring managers to ensure new starters receive a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Manage the monthly administration of employee wellness.
  • Track freelancer timesheet submissions.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for team members.
  • Process expenses, manage company credit cards, and raise purchase orders as needed.
  • Ensure timely payment of subscriptions, keeping records accurate and updated.
  • Take ownership of planning and executing company social events.
  • Manage birthday and anniversary recognitions and other celebratory milestones.
  • Organise quarterly welcome breakfasts for new team members with the senior leadership team.
