Team Assistant, Hedge Fund – West End

£40,000 - £50,000 + bonus + benefits

Are you a strong team player who goes above and beyond and takes pleasure in the finer detail? Would you enjoy a busy role in beautiful offices? Fantastic opportunity to build your PA experience in a collaborative environment.

Our client is looking for a genuine team-player to join this established EA team (4 days in, 1 WFH day).

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  1. Organising global travel arrangements
  2. Coordinating diaries, setting up meetings and VCs
  3. Coordinating lunches with room set-up
  4. Processing expenses and invoices
  5. Editing/creating PowerPoints
  6. Admin: printing, scanning, couriers, coordinating office supplies

The skills you need to bring:

  1. Previous experience of organising meetings and booking overseas travel across multiple time zones highly advantageous
  2. Keen attention to detail essential
  3. Confident and proactive approach
  4. Excellent organisation skills
