Team Administrator - Medway City Estate (Land & New Homes)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday & Thursday (some flexibility for the right candidate), 9am-5pm.

Arun Estates, the largest estate agency in the Southeast (known locally as Wards of Kent), has a very successful and expanding Land & New Homes division. We are recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to cover maternity leave, who is brilliant at organising, structured, and enjoys multi-tasking in a busy, fast-paced environment.
So, what will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?
- Producing details for new listings that get sent out to our customers and branches.
- Updating marketing materials and advertising our stock on property sites such as Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.
- Providing daily and weekly administration support for various departments and branches with new homes marketing.
- Sending out standard and ad-hoc communications to our customers and network of branches and following these up as needed.
- Assisting with customer and branch enquiries.
- Typing documents and using Excel to produce reports.
- Responding to emails and enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
The ideal candidate:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and flexible approach, able to respond to shifting priorities.
- Highly computer literate with demonstrable ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detailed and focused approach, with the ability to record and manage data accurately in accordance with GDPR and legislation requirements.
- An efficient timekeeper, skilled in managing both your own and others’ time.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role would be beneficial.
Do I need anything else?
Ideally, a decent typing speed of around 45 wpm and the ability to quickly learn new computer systems as well as the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel. The ability to spot mistakes and maintain a high level of accuracy and detail, ensuring company standards and procedures are met and that we are compliant with all relevant rules and legislation.
