Responsibilities
  • Provide administration support to the Sexual Health Inequalties Team within NHS Fife's Sexual Health Service, Whyteman's Brae Hospital, Kirkcaldy.
  • Demonstrate confident, organised, and interpersonal communication skills; maintain effective relationships with colleagues and the public.
  • Possess excellent communication and typing skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Perform in-depth secretarial and administrative duties including minute taking, and collation and distribution of meeting papers.
  • Handle patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision.
  • Note that salary is pro rata to part-time hours.

NHS Scotland is reducing their full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024, with pay unchanged. The reduction is pro rata for part-time staff.
