Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential administrative support to the busy commercial property management team.
  • Prepare accurate documents, reports, occupational agreements, and correspondence.
  • Maintain both paper and electronic filing systems, including archiving and operational schedules.
  • Liaise with tenants, local authorities, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, attend where required, and take minutes.
  • Handle enquiries via phone and company mailboxes, forwarding actions as needed.
  • Assist other teams, such as Land and Planning, with administrative tasks.
  • Oversee general office administration, including ordering supplies, managing post, and welcoming visitors.

What They’re Looking For:

To excel as the Team Administrator, you should possess:

  • Previous office administration experience, ideally in a property or a professional services environment.
  • Proficiency with IT tools, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), Adobe Pro, and preferably Mail Manager. You MUST be proficient with Excel especially.
  • Exceptional communication and numeracy skills.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads, take initiative, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • A professional, confident, and enthusiastic demeanour, with the ability to build strong relationships.
