Team Support Administrator
Wilton, Salisbury | £24,000 – £25,000 + Bonus | Full Time & Flexible Hours

We’re on the lookout for an organised and enthusiastic Team Support Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced Sales & Marketing team. Whether you’re an experienced administrator or looking to step into a new support role, this is your chance to make a real impact.
In this vital team support role, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes — supporting sales operations, liaising with customers, and ensuring processes are followed with care and attention to detail.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Responding to incoming customer enquiries via phone and email in a helpful, professional manner
Assisting with preparing quotations, processing orders, and keeping CRM records up to date
Coordinating with internal departments (such as Operations) on order timelines and dispatches
Managing admin for support contracts and helping with other administrative tasks
Playing an active role in sales meetings and helping the team deliver excellent customer service
We’re looking for a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. If you love supporting a team and keeping things on track, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll bring:
Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Solid IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
Great attention to detail and a methodical working style
A positive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in administration, support, or customer service (helpful, but not essential)
Salary: £24,000 – £25,000 per year
Bonus: Annual Christmas bonus based on company and personal performance
Hours: 36 hours/week with flexible working, lunchtime Friday finish!
Holidays: 24 days + bank holidays
