An exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator has arisen within a busy HR environment. The main responsibilities of the role will be to provide full administrative support to the HR Managers within the Team. The responsibilities of the role include facilitating and arranging employee relations hearings. Excellent communication skills are essential as well as the necessity to maintain confidentiality, have the ability to work to tight deadlines, use your initiative and carry out a multitude of tasks with limited supervision.

Applicants must ensure that prior to applying they have agreement from their current line manager that they can be released on a secondment basis. In the event that permanent funding is secured for this post the successful applicant will be confirmed in post on a permanent basis.
