Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator with a passion for people and purpose? We're looking for a friendly and detail-orientedTeam Administratorto join the team at a national educational charity. This is a London based hybrid role for a minimum of 2-months!

You'll play a key role in delivering a positive experience for supporters, volunteers, and members—whether answering queries, updating the CRM (Salesforce), coordinating volunteer logistics, or supporting flagship events. This is a varied and rewarding role that touches many areas of the organisation, so a flexible approach and a can-do attitude are essential.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for supporter and volunteer queries

  • Coordinate volunteer onboarding and help deliver training

  • Keep our CRM records accurate and up to date

  • Support membership renewals and process payments

  • Assist with reporting and supporter data

  • Help deliver events and provide admin support across teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Great customer service skills and a professional, warm approach

  • Confident using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)

  • Strong organisational and IT skills (especially Excel)

  • A team player who can also work independently

  • Experience supporting events or working with volunteers is a bonus
