Project Administrator - Development Team
London - Head Office | £35,000-£45,000 (DOE) | Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm
This is a chance to join a high-profile property developer with an award-winning portfolio, delivering some of the most ambitious urban regeneration projects in the UK. They create exceptional places where people, business, culture, and community can thrive - and none of this would be possible without their people.
They're powered by a collaborative, high-performing team who set the bar high in everything they do. If you're looking for a role where your organisational skills, eye for detail, and proactive nature will genuinely make an impact, this could be your next move.
The role
Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll be a key part of the Development team - supporting projects in the post-planning, into-construction delivery phase. You'll be providing top-tier administrative, organisational, and PA support across multiple live projects.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle competing priorities, and takes pride in delivering work to the highest standard. You'll be the glue that keeps the team running smoothly - from drafting meeting agendas and capturing accurate minutes, to ensuring deadlines are met, actions are chased, and diaries are coordinated seamlessly.
What you'll be doing:
Providing full project administration for live development projects, ensuring all actions are recorded, assigned, and completed on time.
Drafting agendas, taking and issuing minutes, and managing follow-ups.
Coordinating and tracking weekly and monthly project deadlines.
Managing the Operations Director's diary, inbox, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
Producing reports and presentations as required.
Organising travel, events, and team logistics.
Maintaining accurate filing systems (electronic and paper) and clean data records.
Supporting with wider office and team administration as needed.
We're looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in admin, secretarial, or PA roles - ideally in real estate, construction, or a related sector (desirable, not essential).
Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines with precision.
Is confident, proactive, and comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders.
Has advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possesses excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a flexible, 'can do' mindset.
Thrives in a team environment but can work independently with initiative.
Benefits include:
Pension, life assurance & income protection plan
Private medical insurance or health cash plan
Gym membership contribution
EV car leasing scheme & cycle to work scheme
Technology benefit & eyewear vouchers
Workplace nursery benefit & employee assistance programme
We're hiring ASAP - ideally for someone with a one-month notice or less - so if you're ready to bring your organisational superpowers to a dynamic, high-profile development team, we'd love to hear from you.
