A mental health service provider in Exeter is looking for a Business Support Administrator to manage referrals and provide administrative support to therapists. The role requires excellent organizational skills and experience in an administrative setting. The salary ranges from £24,937 to £26,598 annually for part-time work (22.5 hours per week).
We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join the East Devon TALKWORKS team based in Exeter
The TALKWORKS Service offer psychological therapies across Devon.
The admin team manage a high number of telephone and online referrals into the service, they also handle general queries and provide administrative support for a large team of psychological therapists and wellbeing practitioners. This can be a demanding and rewarding role for someone who is passionate about patient care, diligent and hard-working.
The main duties for the Business Support Administrator role will be to process the large amount of telephone and online self referrals received by TALKWORKS. Dealing with high volumes of calls in a sympathetic and calm manner. Booking initial appointments on our electronic patient record system IAPTus and processing appointment letters. Providing general admin support to the Therapists within the team.
