Team Administrator

We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Team Administrator to join our Criminal Justice Liaison & Diversion Service (CJLDS).

The CJLDS service is an all age, all vulnerability service which offers assessment services to individuals in police custody and court who may present with vulnerabilities and who find themselves in contact with the youth or criminal justice systems as a result of being suspected of having committed a criminal offence.

As our Team Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping the service running smoothly. You'll be based at Bodmin Police Hub within the Centre for Mental Health and Justice, working closely with a team of skilled practitioners who share a commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable individuals.

The successful applicant will be office based for a minimum of three days per week, with the option to work from home following a successful induction period.

The CJLDS has just been recommissioned for a further 7 years and from April 2025 the service operating hours will be 8am-8pm 7 days a week, however the Team Administrator is only required to work Monday - Friday during core office hours.

Main duties of the job

As Team Administrator, you will provide a comprehensive administrative function to the Criminal Justice Liaison & Diversion Service with cross cover for the Centre for Mental Health & Justice.

  • Monitoring the team inbox for referrals
  • Overseeing clinical documentation on RiO
  • Typing and distributing letters and reports to clients and partner agencies
  • Taking minutes for the weekly MDT meeting, and taking forward actions as required

You will also maintain an electronic database to support the completion of mandatory referral data and produce monthly reports for our lead contract provider, support the team manager with HealthRoster and any other administrative tasks to ensure the team operates efficiently.

You will also be required to access Police specific systems such as Niche.
