Job description

We are looking for an organised and personable Team Assistant to join a vibrant finance company as part of a collaborative, close-knit team where cooperation and camaraderie are at the heart of everything they do.

They are looking for someone who thrives in a friendly, supportive environment where everyone mucks in to achieve success. Attention to detail and enthusiasm are key as this part-time assistant will be the backbone of the office, helping to keep it running smoothly.

This role covers everything from general office administration, providing IT support, managing the telephone systems, assisting with finance tasks, to organising company events - a diverse range of responsibilities, keeping every day interesting and engaging.

The successful candidate will find themselves working collaboratively across all levels of the organisation, contributing ideas, solving problems together, and ensuring that the office environment is as effective as possible.

Previous relevant admin experience/background is essential.

Hours: 9-5.30 pm

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering/transferring calls & taking messages
  • Meeting/greeting visitors
  • Booking meetings for Directors/Team
  • Assisting with meeting room calendar management
  • Managing meeting room setup, catering/refreshments
  • Document preparation
  • Keeping office / communal areas organised & tidy
  • Maintenance of office/kitchen supplies
  • Database management
  • Filing and document management
  • Post/couriers
  • Assisting with office IT
  • Onboarding/offboarding employees
  • Processing of company expenses
  • Assist with organising company events
