Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated, versatile, and flexible individual to join our service as a Team Administrator Assistant for the East Inverness Social Work Teams.

You will require good organisational skills, be adaptable, motivated, and versatile, with excellent communication and people skills. Working across two busy Social Work Teams alongside a part-time Administrative Assistant, you will undertake a wide range of varied and interesting tasks.

It would be advantageous to have evidence of previous administrative skills, experience working with different IT systems and processes, and the ability to work as part of a team. The right candidate should demonstrate strong core values and principles, applying these to practice, and work effectively as an integral part of the Social Work Teams and, on occasion, within a wider supportive integrated team.

Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work autonomously within the role's expectations and under the guidance of the Team Manager and Senior Social Workers. This role involves hybrid working within an open office environment and at home.
