Our client, a leading marine company, is currently seeking experienced Teak Fitters for a Night shift position in Poole.

This is an ongoing contract opportunity, offering long-term work in the marine industry. You will be working on the site of a luxury boat builder, contributing to the construction of high-end vessels.

The standard shift pattern for this role is 4pm - 4am, Monday to Thursday, totaling 48 hours per week. Overtime is also available on Fridays and Saturdays, paid at double time. This position offers competitive rates of pay, depending on experience, ranging from £22 to £24.50 per hour (LTD, Umbrella, or PAYE). There is also an opportunity for a rate increase after a successful 3-month probation period.

Duties and Experience

• Installation of C&C'ed teak panels using a vacuum process
• Performing scribing for final fitting
• Caulking and detailing to a high specification finish
• Experience in vacuum bagging is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided
