Job summary

Highfields School in Matlock, Derbyshire, invites applications for a permanent, part‑time Teaching & Learning Assistant (32.5 hours per week, term‑time only) to join our supportive learning team and help students reach their full potential.

Teaching & Learning AssistantPermanent, Part-Time (32.5hrs Per Week), Term-Time Only (39 Weeks)Salary: Scale 3, Point 6 - 8, £25,989 - £26,824 (Actual Salary: £19,855.35 - £20,493.28)Starting Date - September 2026The opportunity has arisen for teaching and learning assistant within our successful, enthusiastic and talented learning support department.Highfields is a vibrant and popular school with approximately 1300 students, including 200 in our sixth form.
