Are you a qualified Primary School Teacher seeking flexible work arrangements to fit around your schedule? Protocol Education is currently recruiting for Flexible Ad-Hoc Primary Supply Teachers to join our team in the Tandridge Borough. This role offers full flexibility, allowing you to choose your working days and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Supply Teacher Key Responsibilities:

• Cover teaching assignments across various year groups and subjects in primary schools within the Tandridge Borough.
• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher, following the school's curriculum and policies.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and establish rapport with students to facilitate effective learning.
• Maintain a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and well-being.

Supply Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in primary schools.
• Flexibility and availability to work on short notice, as per the demands of the role.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different classes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff quickly.
