Estcourt Primary Academy are looking to appoint a Teaching/Care Assistant to join our academy in September 2025 on a part-time, temporary basis.

As a Teaching / Care Assistant, you will provide one-to-one personal support for pupils with additional needs. You will offer special educational and/or medical support to ensure their successful engagement with and access to learning. Maintaining professional records and appropriate notes related to the individual pupil will be part of your responsibilities.
Hours: 17.5 hours per week / Term Time only (38 Weeks) / Temporary

Our academy was recently visited by Ofsted in January 2025 and received an outstanding judgement in all strands of inspection. Our school is highly diverse, with over a third of pupils speaking a different language or coming from different countries. The percentage of pupils with identified SEND needs is above the national and local averages.
