Job summary

Lift Brockworth is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with diverse learning needs and help them access the curriculum. You will work alongside class teachers to plan engaging activities, monitor progress and support wellbeing in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

You will need good GCSEs in Maths and English, strong communication, patience and a willingness to learn. The school offers training, development opportunities and a collaborative team ethos.

You’ll work in partnership with teachers to help students access the curriculum, build confidence and experience success. What You’ll Need To Succeed

You’ll have GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4 or above) or be willing to work towards functional skills. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, shows empathy and patience, and enjoys working with young people. Basic IT skills are helpful, and a willingness to learn is essential.
