Are you passionate about inspiring young minds? Do you have a creative flair that lights up the classroom? Protocol Education is looking for enthusiastic and imaginative Teaching Assistants to support vibrant primary schools across Southwark.

Whether you're looking for flexible daily supply or seeking a long-term position, we have a variety of roles to suit your schedule and goals.

About the Role:

We're seeking dynamic individuals who can bring energy, creativity, and a love of learning into the classroom. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to support pupils’ development, provide 1:1 or small group support, and help deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that capture young imaginations.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for working with children in a primary setting
• Creativity – whether it’s in art, music, drama, storytelling, or thinking outside the box
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working with children (school-based or otherwise) is desirable
• A proactive, positive, and flexible attitude
• A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
