Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across the classroom.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support where required.
• Assist with activities in literacy, numeracy, and other subjects.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement.
• Help with classroom preparation, organisation, and displays.
• Support pupils with additional needs when necessary.
