Vision for Education is seeking a Teaching Assistant in Bristol to support lesson delivery and student guidance according to the National Curriculum. The ideal candidate will possess experience as a TA and have strong behavior management skills, with opportunities for both short-term and long-term assignments.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum. You will work with small groups of students or on a one-to-one basis, providing additional support and guidance to help students reach their full potential. You will also manage classroom behavior effectively and communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
Our schools are located in Bristol and the surrounding areas, and we work with a variety of schools ranging from small village schools to large academies. Successful candidates will need to have experience working as a Teaching Assistant, excellent behavior management skills, and the flexibility and availability for day-to-day and long-term supply work.

Salary£450 to £487 per week
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
