Positions: x2 TA & 1 PE Teacher

A vibrant school supporting students with SEMH needs. We are seeking two Teaching Assistants and a dynamic PE Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities
Teaching Assistants
  • Provide classroom support to teachers and students
  • Support with behaviour management and emotional regulation
  • Assist in planning and delivering small group interventions
  • Help create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
PE Teacher
  • Plan and deliver exciting, accessible PE lessons for students with SEMH needs
  • Promote teamwork, confidence, and resilience through sport
  • Encourage physical fitness and wellbeing
Must-Have Skills
  • Previous experience working with SEMH students
  • Strong behaviour management strategies
  • A commitment to student welfare and safeguarding
  • (For PE Teacher) QTS or relevant sports coaching qualifications
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Ability to deliver creative, differentiated lessons
  • Experience working in alternative education settings
  • Knowledge of sports therapy or physical wellbeing strategies
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience organising sports days or extra-curricular activities
