Job summary

Outwood Academy Ormesby, located in Middlesbrough, is seeking a Teaching Assistant on a maternity cover basis. The role supports teachers by delivering tailored learning activities and providing essential academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups. Working 32.5 hours per week, 8:15am to 3:15pm, term time plus 5 days.

Start date is as soon as possible. The position is temporary until the substantive post holder returns.

• Experience delivering tailored learning activities.
• Ability to support SEND and EAL students.
• Experience developing individual student support plans.

• Provide academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups.

Salary (Actual Salary): £19,285.47 to £19,591.52 per annum (Grade 3, SCP 5-6)

Working Pattern: 32.5 Hours Per Week, 8:15am to 3:15pm Monday to Friday, Term Time only + 5 days
