Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd now supplies staff to a growing number of schools across Belper and Ripley in Derbyshire, and we need skilled Teaching Assistants to join our team. These schools are welcoming, close to home, and offer opportunities to support pupils in your local community.

Responsibilities include supporting teachers, working with pupils individually or in groups, and promoting wellbeing in an inclusive classroom. Term-time only and day-to-day or long-term placements are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a school setting.
• A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant, or equivalent).
• Living in or near Belper, Ripley or surrounding area.
• Reliable, caring and confident working with children.
• Right to work in the UK.
