With small class sizes and a nurturing atmosphere, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a close-knit and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting individual students, small groups, or whole class settings in achieving their potential.
  • Preparing and organising learning resources, as directed by the teacher, and assisting pupils with their use.
  • Helping implement behaviour management strategies and supporting pupil safety.
  • Supervising and engaging with children during lunch breaks, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Contributing to the organisation and delivery of learning activities, including literacy, numeracy, and ICT.
  • Accompanying students and staff on visits and out-of-school activities as needed.

  • Patient, calm, and adaptable with a positive presence in the classroom.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to support multiple needs simultaneously.
