What We're Looking For:

We are searching for dedicated Teaching Assistants who can support EAL learners, some of whom may possess little English or communication ability. You will primarily work in early years or KS1 but may be required to assist other year groups as needed. You will work closely with children individually or in groups to support their learning, helping them improve their English skills. You will monitor children's progress and report back to teachers with feedback.

While previous EAL experience is highly desirable, it is not essential. The key qualifications include:

• Fluency in Arabic, Farsi, or Urdu in addition to English
• Enhanced DBS Check - Ensuring a safe and secure learning environment for all students. (This can be completed through us if not already in place.)
• EWC Registration - A commitment to professionalism and excellence in education.
