Job description

William Barnes Primary School is seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant (10 hours) to start in September 2025. This position is to cover a maternity leave.

The working hours for the Teaching Assistant role are to be confirmed by agreement, approximately 10 hours per week.

The post holder will play a vital role in supervising pupils during teaching periods and midday break times, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring a safe environment at all times.

This role may be combined with our Midday Supervisor position, which is advertised separately.
