A well-led and resourced primary school in Walthamstow, London is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join them in September 2024 on a full-time basis to work with children who have additional needs, providing support to make their school experience positive.

Position Details:

• Teaching Assistant

• Type: Mainstream Primary School
• Start Date: September 2024
• Contract: Permanent
• Salary: £20,000 - £27,000 (Pro Rata)
• Schedule: Term Time Only (Monday – Friday 8:30am-3:30pm)

They offer excellent training and support, regardless of experience, and can pave pathways to careers in SEN-related fields such as Teaching, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or Social Work.

They welcome both graduates and experienced TAs. Experience supporting needs such as ADHD, Autism (ASD), Asperger Syndrome, SEMH, Global Delay, MLD, EBD, or Challenging Behaviour is advantageous.
