Job summary

Randstad Education in Wallasey is seeking dedicated educational support staff for September contracts in a supportive secondary school environment. Roles available full‑time or part‑time with flexible options, and all compliance paperwork can be cleared now so you can enjoy your summer break.

Qualifications

• Passion to guide and mentor secondary school students.
• Enhanced DBS check on Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject teachers to keep lessons structured, focused, and on track.
• Encourage positive behaviour, attendance, and active participation in class.
• Assist teenagers with revision, coursework, and developing key study habits.
• Help adapt learning materials and classroom resources to fit individual student needs.
• Monitor student progress and give valuable feedback to classroom teachers.

Requirements
