Job summary

Highfield Community Primary School in Chester is seeking a supportive colleague who can confidently apply adaptive and inclusive practices to ensure every pupil can access learning. You will focus on phonics, language and numeracy, and respond flexibly to the needs of individual pupils and small groups.

You will work with families, collaborate with class teachers, support staff and leaders to contribute to consistently high quality provision and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to use adaptive and inclusive practices so all pupils can access learning.
• Sound grasp of phonics, language and communication, and numeracy.
• Ability to respond flexibly to the needs of individual pupils and small groups.
