About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment. You will support students in their day-to-day learning, helping them develop confidence and independence. Whether assisting in group activities, providing one-on-one support, or encouraging participation, your role will be essential in ensuring that every child feels supported and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to students, both in and outside the classroom.
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
  • Help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work with teachers to monitor student progress and adapt support strategies.
  • Encourage students to develop independence and build confidence in their abilities.
