Job summary

Outwood Academy City Fields in Wakefield is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support teachers by implementing tailored activities and providing welfare and academic assistance to individuals and small groups. The role covers classroom support, intervention management including for SEND and EAL, and helping to develop individualized student support plans.

18 hours per week during term time plus five days, starting 04/01/2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in removing learning barriers and enabling student potential is implied in the role.
• Support for SEND and EAL students and developing individualized student plans.
