Please note this is not a Bath & North East Somerset Council Vacancy.

Hours: Up to 18 per week (flexible hours, days and hours to be agreed at interview. Core hours are 8.30am - 3.00pm per day, with flexibility for part-time candidates)

Contract: Fixed Term until 31 August 2026

We are looking to recruit a part-time Teaching Assistant to join our team of professionals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working with young people with SEND, including physical impairments
  • Patience, sensitivity, and understanding of child development and learning
  • Strong team working ethos
  • Good numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills
  • Ability to support learning in the classroom and ensure individual progress
  • Effective communication with young people and teachers
