We’re looking for Teaching Assistants with a sporty streak—people who know the power of encouragement, structure, and goal-setting. Whether you're a coach, personal trainer, or just passionate about sport and fitness, your skills can make a real difference in school life.
Supporting pupils with classroom learning and physical activity
Leading or assisting with PE lessons, active play, or school sports clubs
Mentoring pupils to build confidence, resilience, and teamwork
Supporting children 1:1 or in small groups—especially those who thrive through movement
Experience working with children or young people in schools, coaching or youth work
A calm, confident presence and a positive attitude
Strong communication and role model behaviour
A flexible, can-do approach to supporting learning in all areas
Thrive training is a bonus—but we can offer it for free if not!
You’ll need an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be happy to get one through us—we’ll help make it easy).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
